I have 3 pending charges. 1st degree trespassing 2nd degree property damage and unlawful use of a weapon. & no the weapon was not fired or demanded but was accused of gun point. I also have time proof that i didnt do those things within the time period given. Screenshots of other victims saying i didnt do it and wasnt involved and that i arrived last after everything happened. This is also My first offense. No criminal record or arrest record. Not even juvenille. The accuser isnt showing up to court & the witnesses havent showed either but they have witnesses on file. Currently im on a scram bracelet after being released on bond. Will the bracelet come off if im referred to community service or probation? Btw its 2 misdemeanors and a class e felony. But im looking forward to getting it reduced to a misdemeanor aswell
