Its for my daughter… She does not want to go up in fron of the man who molested her. We offered him a plea dont know if he took it or not but now instead of hearing trial set it says plea/trial setting… I have no clue what this means..please help

I don’t know how you offered a plea to the man; the prosecutor decides that. You will have to call the prosecutor’s office for more information on the case.
