My girlfriend had been arrested about two weeks ago on suspension of being in possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment. cops forced their selves into her home without asking and directly went to her bedroom in search of drugs. as fails yes they did find some drugs. but they were in a common area of her room to be said they could of been anyone’s or even police planted. we were able to bond her out of jail and she has been following the guidelines of her bond agreement. Wednesday of last week she was in the hospital for an illness, and ended up showing up to the CPS office for a urine analysis bout 5 to 10 minutes before office hours were closed. The CPS employee at the time manning the front desk wouldn’t allow her to take her UA and told her to leave. She did have paperwork stating and proving that she was in the hospital, but he still refused her from taking the UA. Now, i think he has reported as a failed test due to non showing up. we would like legal help if possible but also would like guidance to how to fight the case if needed by ourselves.
